Mission Statement
Troops 310 / 5310 are Scout run Troops that follow the patrol method, three aims, eight methods, and policies set forth by Scouts BSA. We believe that Scouts learn leadership when given the right tools, training, mentoring, and character-building opportunities. Troop 310 / 5310 emphasizes the Scout Oath and Law and expects all scouts, adult leaders, and parents to do the same
